This is placeholder policy text describing how the pre-launch site actually works. It must be reviewed and approved before the site goes live.
What this covers
This policy covers the TreadVest pre-launch website — the launch-list sign-up and the contact form. It does not cover the full TreadVeststore, which isn’t open yet; a complete policy will be published when it launches in Early 2027.
What we collect
- Launch list: your email address, the date and time you submitted it, which form you used (hero or launch band), and your browser’s user-agent string. That’s all.
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send, so we can reply.
What we don't collect
No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics scripts, no location data, no profile building. We don’t buy or enrich your data with anything from elsewhere.
How we use it
The launch-list email is used for one thing: to send you a single message the day the store opens. Contact-form details are used only to reply to you. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who processes it
Email is handled by our email provider (an audience or list tool) and, for the contact form, a transactional email service that delivers your message to our inbox. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own security terms. The specific vendors will be named here before launch.
How long we keep it
Launch-list addresses are kept until launch, after which they move into the live store’s system under its policy, or are deleted if you ask. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.
Your choices
Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time — email info@treadvest.com. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
