Questions & answers
Everything we can tell you today.
We’re pre-launch, so every answer here is honest about what’s planned versus what’s live. If something isn’t settled yet, we say so.
We're opening in Early 2027. Join the launch list and we'll send one email the day the store goes live — nothing before, nothing else.
At launch we'll ship to the 48 contiguous United States. You'll be able to have tires delivered to your home, or sent ahead to an installer so they're waiting when you arrive.
Passenger cars, light trucks and SUVs — all-season, summer, winter and all-terrain. If it fits a vehicle most people drive on US roads, we're planning to carry it.
We're working to stock the major names — Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, Continental, Cooper and Falken and others — across every price tier, from budget to premium.
We'll confirm the full line-up closer to launch. No brand relationships are announced here yet.
Yes — that's a core part of the plan. At launch you'll be able to choose a shop near you and have your tires sent straight there for mounting and balancing, so you skip carrying them yourself.
The installer network is still being built, so specific shops aren't listed yet.
We're building in flexible payment options at checkout, so a set of four doesn't have to land in one payment. Details — including who provides them and the full terms — will be shown clearly at checkout when we open.
It's on our roadmap. We're exploring a TreadVest-branded card to help spread the cost of a set of tires, but it isn't available and we haven't set any terms. Join the launch list and we'll let you know if that changes.
Your tire size is a short code stamped on the sidewall — the outer face of the tire — and printed on a sticker inside the driver's door jamb. It looks like 225/45R17 94V.
Reading it left to right: 225 is the width in millimetres. 45 is the aspect ratio — the sidewall height as a percentage of the width. R means radial construction. 17 is the wheel diameter in inches. 94 is the load index (how much weight the tire can carry) and V is the speed rating (the top speed it's built for).
At launch you'll be able to enter that code directly, or just give us your year, make, model and trim and we'll match the sizes that fit. Either way gets you to the same place.
We sell tires. Mounting and balancing are done by an installer — either a shop you choose to ship to, or your own. We're a nationwide online tire store, not a physical garage.
